Terms of Service

The service

FreightMail is an email assistant for freight, provided by Keelway (keelway.com). It connects to a mailbox you already own, organises the freight conversations in it, and prepares replies for you to review and send. Using it means agreeing to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your password to yourself, and for connecting only mailboxes you are entitled to connect. If you connect a shared or company mailbox, you confirm you are permitted to do so.

Trial and billing

New workspaces start on a 14-day trial with no card required. When the trial ends, the workspace stops resolving paid features until you subscribe. Your data is not deleted when a trial ends; see the privacy policy for how to have it removed.

What the assistant does, and what stays yours

FreightMail drafts replies. It does not send them. Every message leaves your mailbox because you read it and pressed send, and you remain responsible for what you send — including its accuracy and any commitment it makes.

Drafts are generated by an AI model and can be wrong. They may misread a thread, miss context, or state a figure incorrectly. Treat a draft as a starting point from a capable assistant, not as checked work. Do not send one you have not read.

Where FreightMail shows information from your transport management system — a load, a rate, an invoice — it is reporting what that system holds. It does not verify it, and it does not change it.

Acceptable use

Do not use FreightMail to send unsolicited bulk mail, to impersonate anyone, to break the law, or to try to reach another customer’s data. We may suspend a workspace that does.

Availability

We work to keep FreightMail available and will give notice of planned interruptions where we can, but the service is provided as is, without warranty. It depends on services we do not control — your mail provider among them — and can be interrupted by them.

Ending it

You can stop at any time by disconnecting your mailbox and asking us to delete your workspace. We may end an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, and will tell you why.

Changes

If we change these terms materially we will say so in the product before the change takes effect.
